Chapter 1. Employment

Section 1.2. Terms of Employment

  1. The terms of your employment are as per the details contained in your Employment Agreement.

  2. The company reserves the right to amend, alter, and change any or all the terms and conditions governing employment.

  3. The company will also be the sole judge of the meaning and interpretation of all or any of these terms and conditions and its decisions shall be binding on all employees.

  4. The Employment Agreement is a contract between the individual employee and the company and the terms of contract are individual to each employee; Each Agreement is confidential and the company expects every employee to maintain confidentiality and not share details with anyone.
